At London Grillz, we strive for perfection in every custom piece; however, due to the bespoke nature of our products, we offer a 14-day return window for non-custom items and exchange options for fitment issues. Please ensure all security seals remain intact to qualify for a refund or adjustment.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the item in its original London Grillz presentation box and ensure all protective films and security tags are still attached and undamaged.

• 3.
  Shipping and Tracking

  Send your package using a tracked and insured shipping service to our London studio, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

• 4.
  Inspection and Processing

  Once received, our quality control team will inspect the piece for wear; approved refunds or size adjustments will be processed within 7-10 business days.
